We have seen Nezuko spending her most of the time sleeping inside her small wooden Box that Tanjiro made for her to keep her safe and away from daylight. But she is actually way stronger than other regular demons, she can even match with an upper moon. So if you are the only anime watcher than I can say that the abilities of Nezuko are much stronger and useful than you think.
For the second time in whole series, we saw Nezuko in her demon form during Entertainment District Arc. That was actually more than just her regular demonic form, you can call it her berserk demon form. In berserk form, Nezuko loses control over her senses and just likes to destroy whoever is in front of her. Even Daki admits that Nezuko’s power and regenerative abilities are on par with an Upper-Rank.
Abilities and Powers Of Nezuko
As a demon, Nezuko has enhanced abilities that allows her to fight against strong demons. Some of them are better than the Demon King himself. Don’t worry we won’t spoil anything, everything here is already covered in anime.
Nezuko Blood Demon Art:
Nezuko is not only able to resist the temptation of human flesh, she can survive and even thrive without it. One of the biggest wild card of Nezuko is her Blood Demon Art technique.
It causes her blood to burn once it leaves her body. It is dangerous for other demons, as her flames have the power to cancel out other Blood Demon Arts. She even saved Tanjiro, Inosuke and Tengen Uzui from dying due to Gyutaro’s poison using her blood demon art.
Enhanced Regeneration:
There are multiple times when we witnessed the healing ability of Nezuko but there are moments when she even matches upper moon in terms of healing. During the fight with Daki, Nezuko got chopped into pieces but she regenerated in few seconds. Even Daki was surprised by the enhanced regeneration of Nezuko.
Immense Strength:
Nezuko has the ability to enter a berserk mode (seen in the battle between Daki). This berserk form greatly enhances her physical strength and regeneration ability. She can even match an upper moon in that state by feeding humans.
