Dr. Stone anime is returning with its season 4 this January 2025! However, its going to be the final season of anime being divided into 3 courses.
Just recently, the officials of Dr. Stone posted a new trailer for season 4 along with a brand new visual. Shuhei Matsushuita will direct at TMS Entertainment. You can watch the teaser trailer below.
The Dr. Stone anime first premiered in summer 2019 with 24 episodes. Season 2 (Stone Wars) aired in January 2021 with 11 episodes. A special episode featuring Ryusui followed in July 2022. Season 3 (New World) aired in two parts in 2023 with 23 episodes. The fourth and final season was announced after Season 3’s finale.
Dr. Stone follows the story, set in a world where humanity has been mysteriously petrified for thousands of years, and follows the genius scientist. Senku as he uses his scientific knowledge to recreate modern technology in a Stone Age-like world and rebuild civilization from the ground up.
