The My Hero Academia: Vigilantes (spin-off anime) has dropped an exciting new teaser trailer, setting the stage for its premiere on April 7.

Fans of the My Hero Academia universe can look forward to exploring a fresh storyline that delves deeper into the world of heroes and vigilantes.

The anime was first announced during Jump Festa last December, building excitement among fans.

Renowned animation studio BONES, known for its work on the main My Hero Academia series, is once again at the helm, ensuring good animation quality for this spin-off.

The voice cast features a talented lineup, including Shuichiro Umeda as Koichi Haimawari, Ikumi Hasegawa as PopStep, and Yasuhiro Mamiya as Knuckleduster. This trio brings to life the central characters of the spin-off, promising compelling performances that will captivate audiences.

The My Hero Academia: Vigilantes manga is based on Kohei Horikoshi’s work and was written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and drawn by Betten Court.

It began serialization in Jump GIGA in 2018 before getting transferred to Shonen Jump+ and running until July 2022. A total of 126 chapters were released, which were compiled into 15 volumes. VIZ Media licensed the manga in English.
