So y’all heard the news? Jujutsu Kaisen 0 Movie released today in theatres of Japan. The movie made ¥900M (~$8M) in opening day in Japan! 2nd biggest opening day ever after “Demon Slayer: Mugen Train” Movie.
It’s no surprise that Gege Akutami’s popular manga adaptation getting soo much popularity. Jujutsu Kaisen manga and anime were already blowing with sucess and now it’s first ever movie made an another record! A ¥900M (~$8M) on opening day is a really big number, and 2nd biggest opening ever. That fact that it’s only in Japan right now and think about the numbers when the movie will hit outer counties.
The film opened in Japan on Friday. The film’s audience members each receive a “Jujutsu Kaisen 0.5” booklet, while supplies last. Theaters are distributing 5 million booklets. The film also has IMAX screenings, so get ready for bigger fun.
The main featuring thing about this is IMAX version. An advance cinematography technique which produces an image approximately ten times larger than that from standard 35 mm film.
