Voice actors plays an important role in the ranking and popularity of the show. They always gives us their best in voicing the character and making the scene more great which can’t be overlooked! But there are moments when they do pass out while voicing the character. Same thing happened with “Yuki Kaji”, the voice actor of Attack On Titan main character, Eren Yeager lost his voice while recording for episode 80.

Eren Yeager is pretty popular in anime and manga community, all because of how the story ends and his character development throughout the series. Attack On Titan final season part 2 is currently airing and fans are hyped up as the Rumbling started. But do you know the voice actor of Eren Yeager, Yuki Kaji, injured himself during the voice recorder to such an extent that he almost lost his voice.

Yuki Kaji tweeted about the incident before the broadcast of Attack On Titan Episode 80. Where he talked about the incident during the voiceover and asked fans to take a close look at the episode. Have a look at his tweet:

The translation is as followed:

Attack on Titan” broadcast from 24:05 today.

I couldn’t imagine how to do it,

When I didn’t know what to do,

It’s an unimaginable time what happened.

It was also the time when I played Eren and I was almost dead in my voice.

Feeling scared because l can’t imagine it, but please.

Yuki Kaji has voiced many famous characters before and is currently famous of voicing Eren Yeager from Attack on Titan. This recent incident reminds us of a same incident that happened long ago with Sean Schemmel, the English voice actor of Goku. Sean passed out in the booth while voicing for Super Saiyan 4 Goku. The screaming it takes to voiceover Goku is just insane and Sean might be the best English dub voice actor in anime industry.

We can’t imagine the amount of efforts voice actor put in to make the character alive. As for Yuki Kaji, he voiced Eren in a magnificent way. However the episode is already out and you can watch it in the official anime streaming platforms.
