Boruto anime has been a hot topic or center of controversy in the anime community many times. Whether it is about the ups and downs in animation or breaking the internet thing, Boruto has always been in the scene. Now again Boruto is in the spotlight because of the animation of Boruto crying in the recent episode.
In the recent episode, Kagura got killed by Funamashi. Witnessing the death of Kagura, Boruto lost his cool and started crying. The scene was supposed to be sad but the animation made it funnier for majority of fans. Boruto crying scene is all over Twitter now and fans can’t stop making more memes of the animation.
Filler episodes in Boruto are drawn by different artists with different art styles. So that explains why filler arcs don’t look as good as what we’ve seen in the canon arcs.
Not only this specific scene where Boruto is crying but whole episode key frame were inconsistent. It was definitely not the best animated episode, but I dont blame the animators themselves. Not every animator working on the series has same style but this specific scene could be much better.
