Jujutsu Kaisen is the highest-earning film at the Japanese box office from the 2021 calendar year but it is not stopping there. The Jujutsu Kaisen franchise has kicked into high gears as the first ever movie from the franchise, Jujutsu Kaisen 0, is already the 15th Highest-Earning movie ever in the history of Japan.
So it is really happening, i mean anime is really out there taking entertainment franchise by storm. Jujutsu Kaisen anime season 1 was one of the well-received anime of its airing year. Now the franchise is really outshining other titles with their first ever prequel movie.
It’s been around four months since the release of Jujutsu Kaisen 0 in Japanese Theaters. The movie continues to rise in terms of popularity and whooping amount as well.
Talking about the earnings, Jujutsu Kaisen 0 film has earned whooping 13.5 billion yen (about US$105.3 million) since it opened in Japan. And now Jujutsu Kaisen 0, is already the 15th Highest-Earning movie ever in the history of Japan. Well, that’s not just it because the amount just keeps on rising as the movie opening in other countries.
