A really sad news for Fire Force fans arrived today. Atsushi Ohkubo’s popular manga, Fire Force, has finally came to an end with the release of 304 chapter. Not only the Fire Force manga has ended but it’s creator, Atsushi Ohkubo, also taking his retirement from the manga industry.
The popular manga of Atsushi Okubo, “Fire Force” has finally reached its final chapter in the 13th issue of the serialized magazine “Weekly Shonen Magazine” (Kodansha) released on the 22nd and ended with release of chapter 304.
Atsushi Ohkubo began his manga, Fire Force, on September 23, 2015. It ran for a total of 304 chapters for about six and half years, and there are 32 compilation volumes as of December 2021.
Fire Force creator Atsushi Ohkubo is also retiring from the manga industry. He said goodbye and passed the baton to Kei Urana! Creator of new action manga “Gachi Akuta” in Weekly Shounen Magazine.
The series also received an anime adaptation in 2019 by David Production. Season 1 of Fire Force lasted till December 2019 and they announced season 2 in no time. Season 2 began in July 2020 and aired it’s final episode in December 2020. There’s no info of when will season 3 start airing, we just have to wait for official announcements.
