Vinland Saga is among one of the best anime titles by the animation studio WIT but it seems like WIT studio is about to give Vinland Saga anime the same treatment as Attack on Titan. There are rumors all over Twitter that WIT studio won’t be animating Vinland Saga season 2, instead MAPPA studio will be doing the animation of series. But are those rumors really true? Rumors about MAPPA animating Vineland Saga anime Season 2 are true. Yesterday, the creator of Vinland Saga made a broadcast on Twitter with director Yabuta, in which they commented quite important points about manga and anime.
The Twitter broadcast was in Japanese and during the broadcast Vinland Saga director clarified that the animation team is still the same as season one, however now MAPPA studio is in-charge of the animation for season 2.
Vinland Saga director also confirmed that the anime staff are working on a trailer for season 2. The trailer is currently in development and the voice recording is also in progress. So, fans can expect the release of trailer soon.
There is an another news going around that MAPPA will be animating entire Vinland Saga series. During the Twitter broadcast, Vinland Saga creator and anime director didn’t discuss anything involving Season 3 and 4. So, there is no telling that MAPPA will animate the entire series as there was no talk about this.
