Jump Festa 2022 was fully packed with many amazing announcements about anime and Manga. So keeping an eye on all announcement could be a bit hard that’s why we made a list of all the announcements happened in Jump Festa.
Jump Festa is an annual exposition in Japan, all about manga and anime. This event held every year at the Makuhari Messe Event Hall in Tokyo, Japan. New manga, anime, films, games, and merchandise are introduced during this event.
In Jump Festa many popular manga artists also attend the event and discuss about their work & upcoming projects. This year was extra exciting because there were many announcements which include big anime. Such as Dragon Ball, Bleach, Haikyuu and many more were in Jump Festa.
Jump Festa 2022 Announcements
Many great and upcoming hit franchises were in the Jump Festa and they were also grouped into different stages. There were total 5 stages and each stage had four to six franchise in it.
Jump Festa 2022 Day One Announcements:
So, here is the complete list of the all the announcements made in 18 December at Jump Festa:
- Spy x Family:
- Spy x Family Anime Will Release In April 2022. (Animation: WIT STUDIO × CloverWorks).
- Aharen-san wa Hakarenai:
- Anime trailer released and scheduled to air in April 2022
- Demon Slave:
- TV anime cast revealed. It has not been announced when the series will broadcast. (Studio: Seven Arcs)
- World Trigger:
- New illustration revealed
- Yu-Gi-Oh:
- TV anime announced for April 2022, animation production: Bridge
- Boruto:
- Illustration revealed to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the anime “NARUTO” and Boruto key visual revealed
- Also getting some manga adaptations of two novels in the franchise next year
- Haikyuu!!:
- 10 New projects announced to commemorate 10th anniversary of Haikyuu!!. Also out of those 10 projects only 4 projects are announced
- The Prince of Tennis:
- Anime film “Ryoma! The Prince of Tennis” will release on Blu-ray & DVD in Japan on March 30
- Ayakashi Triangle:
- Ayakashi Triangle TV Anime officially announced at Jump Festa 2022
- An illustration also revealed
- Dragon Ball Super:
- Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero Movie will hit theaters on April 22nd, 2022
- Trailer and cast also revealed
- Bleach:
- “Bleach” final arc “Thousand Year Blood War” TV anime adaption trailer released
- Anime scheduled for october 2022
- Tomohisa Taguchi (Akudama Drive) is the new Bleach Director
- Chainsaw Man:
- Chainsaw Man” Part 2 (School Arc) by Tatsuki Fujimoto will start in Summer 2022
- The “Chainsaw Man” TV anime is scheduled for 2022 (Studio: MAPPA)

- Platinum End:
- Kuhaku Gokko Performs New Ending Theme Song for Platinum End Anime
- World’s End Harem:
- World’s End Harem Fantasia by LINK and SAVAN has reached 1.200.000 copies in circulation
Jump Festa 2022 Day Two Announcements
So, that was all about day one of Jump Festa ( 18th December). Now it’s time for the announcements of Jump Festa day two (19th December)
- Demon Slayer
- Demon Slayer Gets Traditional Noh-Kyōgen Stage Play in Tokyo, Osaka in 2022
- Hell’s Paradise:
- Hell’s Paradise’s TV Anime will have MAPPA as the animation studio
- Anime Key Visuals also revealed
- Hell’s Paradise by Yuji Kaku has reached 3.800.000 copies in circulation
- Jujutsu Kaisen:
- “JUJUTSU KAISEN 0” movie new trailer released
- The film opens in Japan on December 24
- Jujutsu Kaisen also gets stage Play in Tokyo and Osaka in July-August 2022
- Marshle:
- MASHLE Promotional Video released to commemorate the release of Volume 9.
- Dr. Stone:
- Dr. Stone Season 3 Anime Premieres in 2023.
- Dr. Stone is also getting a TV special about Ryusui next summer, 2022
- Rurouni Kenshin:
- Liden Films is producing a new TV anime for Rurouni Kenshin
- Summer Time Rendering:
- The “Summer Time Rendering” TV anime will be a complete adaptation with 25 episodes
