Finally after all the years Dragon Ball has arrived to the decision of letting the boys grow. It’s been ages since we saw teenage Goten and Trunks in Dragon Ball GT but that was not cannon and Super Hero did it. In Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero they have finally decided to age Goten and Trunks.
On February 20, the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2022 event took place and it revealed some new info with a new visual for the coming movie. The event revealed that the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero anime film will open in North America this summer. The official Twitter account of Dragon Ball Super also posted new visual for the movie.
The new visuals looks great as we can see Goten and Trunks finally grown up and the artwork of this new movie is also clean. Here’s the revealed visual of the new Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie:
It’s crazy to think that, planning for this film project began in 2018, before the release of DBS: Broly. Akira Toriyama is in charge of the screenplay, character design and also the movie scripts.
We all know that Akira Toriyama never fails to deliver peak Dragon Ball and let’s just wait for this movie release. He himself said that, “this movie is better than any movie we’ve ever made”. This movie is also adapting new CG technology that kinda seems not as great as DBS: Broly animation but let’s just hope for the best.
