Makoto Shinkai’s universe is huge and his new movie, Suzume No Tojimari is about to hit the theatres of India as PVR cinemas just announced on their social handles that the movie will release in the country.
Suzume No Tojimari (Suzume’s Locking Up) was a huge hit in Japan, opening at number one and earning around 1.88 billion yen (about US$13.49 million) in its first three days and is set to make big numbers in India release too as the anime fans here love Makoto Shinkai’s universe.
A potential release date for Suzume No Tojimari is also there on the official website of PVR Cinemas. The Movie is listed on PVR Cinemas website for March 24, 2023 release in India!
The release date isn’t confirmed completely, as we have seen many changes in release dates of other movies in past. So there are slight chances that this might also change.
