The popular name in South Korean Manhwa Solo Leveling finally ended with the release of it’s chapter 179. This final chapter of Solo Leveling released on 30 December 2021 and concluded the whole story with great ending.
Redice Studio has recently starting serializing a new series called ‘Return of the Disaster-Class Hero’ as their new replacement for Solo Leveling.
The Solo Leveling franchise is so popular that fans have created a petition months ago on change.org to demand an anime adaptation. Solo Leveling was serialized for the first time in 2018. After the serialization it gained attention of many readers. And it turned out to be one of the most successful manhwa series of all time and ended perfectly.
Solo Leveling chapter 179 ended with a message with Jang-Sung-Rak aka Dubu, illustrator and CEO of Redice Studio. In the message, he thanked the audience and his fellow companions who helped him in the beautiful journey of Solo Leveling over the past few years.

Hello to all our leaders. I’m Jang Sungrak.
Thank you for loving our series despite its flaws. As I took on Solo Leveling as a new challenge, I was able to learn a lot of things. I am really happy and also sorry at the same time for the love that we’ve reviewed this whole time.
In our journey to bring this series to an end, I would like to thank all our artists who have helped me, Park Mogoon who helped me by himself in Season 1 and Lee Mogoon who helped me by doing two people’s work temporarily for one to two months. Both of them have done a lot as they wanted this series to do well.
I would like to take this time to say that, without the passion and help from the two of them, i wouldn’t have been able to come up with such a good series. I would like to thank them for it.
Especially to Lee Mogoon, who was a colleague that was more important than anyone else, the most important colleague. He had stayed with me and worked on the series as he coloured the chapters until the very end. I would like to especially express my thanks to him.

This webtoon, Solo Leveling is known as one of the best webtoon fans ever witnessed. Also many fans are hoping to see the anime adaptation of Solo Leveling and there’s hope. The anime adaptation of solo Leveling is possible and Netflix would probably be the one to pull this.
